I started P90X again.
I think I may have blogged about it a while back when I was doing the work-out program. I want to get my body to a healhty state for me, for the summer, for just life itself. With P90X you work your body out for 90 days straight. I am on my 10th day and feel really good about my body!
I will post before and after pictures when I get a chance. Ofcourse I will not be able to post end results until I am done with the workout.

Heart Warming Story
A rich father takes his spoiled son, Timmy, to a farm to spend 5 days and live like farmers do and learn a few life lessons. What his son learned amazed his dad.
This is what Timmy told his dad.
We have 1 dog and they had 4.
We have a huge pool that reaches to the middle of our garden, they have a never-ending creek.
We have expensive imported lanterns in our front yard. They have the stars in the sky.
Our huge patio reaches the front yard, they have the whole horizon.
We have a small peice of land for our house and yards. They have feilds to go beyond.
We have servants that serve us, they serve others.
We buy our food, they grow theirs.
We have security gaurds and cameras to protect us. They have loyal friends to protect them.

Chest Pains
I am only 23, but I have been having bad chest pains for quite a few years. The best way I can describe it is someone stabbing a knife in my chest. Usually I feel them right under my breast in my ribcage.
I talked to my doctor about it and all she said was it might just be muscle spasm but I don't think it's that. The pains have never been consistent, they come and go as they please.
Sometimes they're really bad, last for a minute or so, and happen once or twice a day. Other times they're not so bad, only last a few seconds and happen once a week or month. And at some points I've gone a whole month w/o anything. But then they come back, they always come back.
Whenever I have had them, the only way I can get rid of him is by pressing and holding my chest until they go away. I've done some research on this subject and the doctors haven't found a cure for this. I guess I'm stuck with this on and off pain for the rest of my life.

10 Tips to Prevent You From Over-eating!
Here you go some tips I got off of Yahoo :)
1. Have you ever contemplated having seconds of all the food?
Well, just wait 10 minutes. Your stomach needs about that long to signal the brain that it's full, so stall before helping yourself to more mashed potatoes or lasagna. If you're really hungry after the delay, have seconds of the veggies or salad.
2. Quit the clean plate club.
I know it's what we were taught but here's a better strategy: Eat a healthy portion, then stop. It's better to waste a little food (and save it for lunch tomorrow) than to overload your body. =)
3. Eating out of the packaging?
Never eat directly out of the bag, box, or carton. Put the portion on the plate right away and put the package away, then sit down and enjoy. You will feel good about what you're eating.
4. Like big portions?
Do this. Overload your plate with vegetables or salad with a little bit of dressing. Yum! Or you could also have a big, steaming bowl of broth-based soup.
5. Use a salad plate as your dinner plate.
The smaller the plate the less you will eat!
6. Make "small" your default setting.
When ordering food or drinks or buying packaged food at the store, automatically go for the smallest size of any high-calorie items. (The exceptions: Salads and veggies without added fat.) Get the small latte, the 6-inch sub instead of the 12-inch, the small cookie instead of the 4-inch chocolate chip behemoth. Calories you haven't eaten can't end up around your waist. :) So simple yet sometimes it's hard to follow...
7. Go single-serve.
Buy or make ice cream, sweets, or other high-cal foods, in individual serving sizes. Instead of a half-gallon of Rocky Road, buy ice cream sandwiches; make cupcakes instead of cake; and buy single-serving bags of chips.
8. Remember to read the label first.
Many packaged foods and drinks look as if they provide one serving but are actually meant to serve two or more people. However, the calories and other nutrition info on the label are for just one serving, so read the number of servings per container first. Then be sure to eat or drink just one serving.
9. Pack your leftovers before eating.
Sure, it's easy to put a healthy plate of food in front of you. The trouble comes when the plate empties and you have more of each food sitting in front of you in alluring serving bowls. This is a big problem I have! The answer is as simple as this: Package and store leftovers before you sit down to eat. That way, getting seconds becomes a whole lot harder and feels more inappropriate.
10. Round out the meal with raw produce.
As you transition to more modest portion sizes, you may find yourself craving more food with your meal. The answer: a piece of fruit or a crunchy, large serving of celery, carrots, or peppers yumm. There is no easier, healthier way to "beef up" a meal than with an apple, an orange, a big helping of watermelon or cantaloupe, or a sliced tomato.
Serve and enjoy =)

Has this ever happened to you?
Happy Monday!
So... On Friday, I took the day off of work to visit someone at another office and have lunch with them. Well, right when I walked into the other office, my boss and supervisor were just leaving that office... kind of awkward! We didn't say much to each other, they just smiled at me while all I could think was 'uh-oh uh-oh uh-oh' I saw my supervisor at work this morning but he didn't say anything to me... =D
haha yeah just thought I'd share that with you guys!
Lots of love,
Mijal

7 Tips on Winning the Lottery!
I found these tips online, they are not accurate so please don't rely on them as a way to win the lottery, these are just some tips that could help you win, and if you play the lottery a lot, chances are you'll lose more than you win in the end.
Tips:
1. Set a budget - Decide how much you can afford to spend on a scratch offs every week.
2. Quit while you’re ahead - If you win on a ticket, put the money in your wallet.
3. Stagger your ticket buying - Don’t spend your entire budget on one game in one store.
4. Check to see prize levels before you buy a game.
5. Don't play games that are part off a second chance lotteries.
6. Don't buy "Mystery Packs" or any other package of tickets.
7. Turn all tickets into to have the computer at the retailer check the winnings.
While these tips can help (and doing some math will help even more), playing scratch offs is gambling and you will still almost always lose more than you win.
Do not play more than you can afford to lose.
It's just not worth it!

WINNER!
A few days ago, Koeun and I bought a $20 scratch ticket at the mall, we scratched it only to find that we won $40 bucks! We were excited and after some thought bought another one and won another $25! Then we got sushi that totalled up to around 24 bucks and I bought a $1 dollar scracth ticket but didn't win ... oh well... we got a free lunch paid by the state haha! =D
Oh and last night Koeun brought home 2 mega millions and won $1 =D

One Man's Trash is Another Man's Treasure... SO TRUE!
So I just got a sweet deal!
The office across the hall from mine was giving out free furniture because they are moving... Sooooo
I decided to get in on the action and got 3 nice black leather stand-stil chairs and a cute little table with wheels and I got the top half of a podium, it will be perfect for when I use my laptop at home!
Yay, I love finding treasures at someone elses dumpsite... not literarily ofcourse!

10 Different Ways to Use Chapstick!
Hiiii!
I was looking at my Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm and other chapsticks this morning... yes I tend to look at stuff for too long sometimes ha ha... and thought hmm maybe there are more ways for me to use lip balms and chapsticks rather than just on my lips...

Sooo I did a little research and found out, we can use our chapsticks for all these things too :D
1. Ahhh I'm bleeding! - If you get a cut on your skin, clean it and apply some Neosporin or something and then apply chapstick and it will stop the blood from flowing!
2. My ring won't come off! - You could always use soap and water or mayo or butter... but have you tried chapstick?! =)
3. Shine your shoes, man! - You can actually shine leather shoes with your chapstick, just apply a coat of chapstick over your shoes and buff it out with a soft cloth!
4. Cold, Flu, & Allergy Relief - Apply chapstick to red areas when you have a cold or the flu and it will help soothe and relax your body. Also, you can apply it to the edge of nostrils when they are dry and cracked!
5. Moisturize your body! - You can apply chapstick to your hands, knees, and elbows! This is especially helpful when your body feels dry! A great alternative to lotion 8)
6. Take care of your nails! - Apply chapstick to dry and brittle nails, helps keep them breaking off!
7. Look great all day! - I love this one, instead of using concealer, try using chapstick under your eyes to give them a fresh-cause-I-just-woke-up look!
8. You smell great! - If you forgot to spritz perfume this morning, don't worry, just apply small amounts of scented chapsticks to your neck, arms, inner-thighs (<-- this one works great with perfume/chapsticks, heat travels up and it will bring the aroma of the scent you have on up your body)!! Love it!
9. So radiant! - Apply shimmery chapstick on your body like you would a shimmery lotion.
10. Protect your nose from the sun! - Use chapsticks that contain SPF 15 on your nose when going out for a little while! It's good to use Sunblock all over your body too though!
