and I'm still pretty full haha... I'm eating as salad as I write my post, not because I'm hungry but because I feel like I need to eat healthy for the next few days so I can get back into my usual eating routine... ooh plus I went to a drug-store today and bought multi vitamins today
I use to take vitamins when I was a kid but never took them regularly like your supposed to and slowly just stopped taking them... Recently I saw a show where they were talking about health and fitness... it made me realise that I haven't been serious about taking care of my health...
This is why I'm slowly making my way towards staying healthy and fit... gonna be eating more salads, working out, eating less junk food... I'm gonna go the whole nine yards with it =) well, I'll try my best atleast :)
